Due to UK Government advice and local restrictions we had to postpone the Gung-Ho! London event.
We were looking forward to getting everyone together again but we can only do this when the time is right. The rearranged date will be given when circumstances allow.
We appreciate your support as part of the Gung-Ho! community and we thank you in advance for your continued support and understanding.

First Wave: 10:00
Final Wave: 13:00
Choose your prefered wave time when booking.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your wave time. This will allow you to park, collect any remaining tickets and drop any bags in the bag-drop facility before heading to the warm up area.
If you want to run as a team then all you need to do is book the same wave time as your team members.
Once a wave reaches 250 runners, it will no longer be possible to add further runners to your team, so be sure to book early!
If you would like to book as a corporate or charity team then reach out to us by email via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do what we can to assist.
Parking is not available on site. We advise the use of public transport or council-managed car parks in the local area.
Gung-Ho! starters are released in waves of up to 250 runners.
You will be able to select your preferred wave time when booking.
Spectators are welcome at every Gung-Ho! event and entry is FREE. Viewing points will depend on the venue layout, with viewing possible at various points around the course.
We encourage you to bring friends and family with you to support you on the day.
Valuables can be left at a manned bag drop facility for a £3 charge per item.
Each course is designed to best suit the event location.
There are no paint, water or mud obstacles at a Gung-Ho! event, but some mud should be anticipated in bad weather.
We cannot guarantee that every obstacle will appear at every event. The obstacles and their positioning are dependent on the specific venue.
Rest assured we will do our best to set up every route to provide the most Gung-Ho! fun.
Your usual gym clothing will be suitable for a Gung-Ho! event. Fancy dress is also welcome but anything sharp or pointy will not be suitable.
Comfortable footwear is a must. We recommmend wearing trainers that you have worn-in over a period of time before the event.
If the weather on the day is wet then we recommend bringing a change of clothing and footwear as the ground can get muddy!
